Okay, I did this today to see if it is true.  I took a chance that my hair would be clean, since it was just before I had to get dressed for church.

I did this in my kitchen since one morning I felt like I was being invaded by gnats.  Have know idea how fast the invasion of gnats happened. The only thing I could think of was my husband went grocery shopping and we buy a lot of fresh produce and put it on the counter as we unpack the grocery bags.  When I had become invaded, that's when I decided to try this gnat trap out.

The best way to get rid of ants in your kitchen is with Vinegar. Put 1/2 vinegar in a spray bottle with 1/2 water. Then spray down your counter tops. cabinets and any other places where you seen ants. Repeat this the daily to maintain the efficacy.
